Good News! We are adopting again! While we were still in India getting custody of Ellie Pearl Sehaj, we felt God calling us to adopt again.
It was a bit overwhelming to be called back before we had even left, but our faith is stronger this time. We can’t wait to witness the miracles and watch God work. Children are precious gifts from the Lord and belong in families. Will you join arms with us to give an orphan a family? We need committed prayer warriors and financial support as we enter back into the adoption process.
We have just completed our home study, we are on step six of the adoption check list below, and are looking forward to being matched with our fourth little princess in the next few months. I will share more as soon as I can.
We have an account on MyStory by Lifesong for Orphans, which is a 501c3 charity, so you can make a tax-deductible donation if you feel led to get involved. We are so excited that we have been awarded the opportunity to earn two matching grants. With your help, we can earn up to $5000 from AIM5 Adoption Fund + $5000 Lifesong for Orphans through a matching grant. Would you be willing to help us reach our goal?
Thank you for playing a part in this precious child’s story.

Thank you so much Sandi! We appreciate your encouragement.
Wonderful news of your wanting to adopt again.just wondering why you don’t want to help some child here.so many would be grateful to join your sweet family.
All adoption is good, so every family must pray, seek God’s guidance, and obediently go where He leads. We feel specifically called to India where the need is dire, but if you have a burden for children in the U.S. then please don’t wait to get involved. God created the whole world and loves all children. We want to follow His example. A couple things to note is that the U.S. Foster Care system is actually designed to help rehabilitate parents so they can be reunited with their children. Because our historic home was not built to modern code, we do not qualify to Foster. The U.S Foster Care system is far from perfect. Though it is not set up to provide adoption, it can happen and children need caring people like you to find a place to plug in, and give them support. As for adopting a newborn, there’s a huge waiting list of thousands of parents hoping that a birth mother will pick them. Families can wait many years to be matched. In many developing countries, there is no functioning Foster Care system. Thousands of children are waiting for a family in an orphanage. In an orphanage setting, children often do not get their basic needs met. Clean drinking water, quality medical care, education, and proper nutrition are not avalible. In a perfect world all children would get to stay in their biological families. All adoption starts with great loss and pain, so we do not expect our children to be grateful. Adoption should be child centric. A child’s worth is not based on where they were born, if they were planned, or on their performance. Our intrinsic worth as human beings comes from God. It is important for us to love our country, but it is also important to love all people.
I’m so happy for you! I will praying over your entire family throughout the process. My adopted “baby” is now 38. Praying for you each and every step of the way! ❤️
Aww thank you sweet friend. You are equipped to pray specifically because you share our heart for adoption.
So lovely to hear! Very happy for you! Came to your blog to see whatever happened to your family.awhile ago but nothing posted since last year. Just checked again and signs of life! Long time follower! If you need money for the adoption you had good success on Instagram. Not sure many will see your plea for adoption money here. Maybe consider re-opening your IG account. Many blessings and I hope you’re able to raise all that money quickly.
Thank you Sweetheart! We are announcing on Instagram tomorrow, but wanted to let our Bryarton Farm Family here on the Blog and Patreon first because you guys have been such faithful friends throughout the years. I’m not sure if I want to make my Instagram account public again because we experienced some racism during our last adoption. We are leaning on God to provide all we need and trusting in His promises.
Congratulations! 🤍🙏🏼
How exciting. So happy for you all. 🙏
Such exciting news!! I am so happy to see an update on your beautiful family here. 🤍
Hi Sara! I have been following your page and journey for about 2 years. I am trying to follow you on instagram but it keeps getting denied. Just checking to see why?
Oh I don’t often check my follow requests. Sorry that you haven’t gotten through. I’ll try to do better about keeping up. Thanks for letting me know.
I just checked and I don’t see anyone named Sadie requesting to follow Bryarton Farm on Instagram. Try again
