Today I want to share how we are joining arms with people all over the world to bring our daughter home. We can’t do this alone. God has brought amazing people into our lives to walk with us on this path that He has called us to.

Fundraising for our international adoption is something I wasn’t personally looking forward to, but when you pray that God will move the financial mountain standing in your way, get ready to be amazed with how He does it!

Le Papier Studio is a company that creates custom jewelry and artwork to commemorate the beauty of family. I feel so blessed to be working with them and to be able to share my necklace with you. Their process is quite simple. All I had to do was send profile shots of my girls to @lepapierstudio, then they turned those photos into sterling silver charms. They even added a heart charm to represent our youngest daughter who hasn’t joined the family yet.

I was already excited about Le Papier Studio, but I was moved to tears when they offered to donate 15% of all profits made {this week only} via my social media towards our adoption. We have had a little Etsy shop online since 2015 to sell our hand painted barn wood signs and my watercolors. It really didn’t get much action until recently, when I announced that we were raising money to bring our daughter home. All of the sudden kind and caring friends from all over the world jumped to help our family. We watched in amazement as people from as close as Kansas, to as far away as Sweden ordered from our shop. My lil’ Pumpkins absolutely love their new leather Mary Janes! We are so impressed with the quality of these adorable shoes and feel so blessed to be working with the wonderful @adelisaandco this fall. All of their products are beautifully handmade by artisans in Nicaragua to help needy families. This company cares about hurting people. We have felt the call to adopt internationally for many years, but we kept waiting and waiting to be financially prepared to take on such a journey. But that perfect moment never came. Then a friend reminded us that God isn’t asking us to carry that part of the adoption, He just asks us to say “Yes” to His calling. He will do the heavy lifting!

Our faith has grown so much in the past few months as we watch God move mountains and clearly direct our path. He will get All of the glory for bringing our baby home, because He will do it All!  We want to thank every person who has allowed God to use them by joining arms with our family on this adoption journey. His eye is on the sparrow and I know He cares for little orphan girls without a home. We can’t wait to meet our daughter and be her forever family. Your prayers are much appreciated.
