With the upstairs bathroom completely gutted and the downstairs bathroom still in it’s original state of “yuck” we had no way to wash Cami Grace (when Michael or I take a shower we can stand up wearing flip flops and shower in the moldy tub). Solution: buy a $4 ice bucket and bathe her outside so she can splash to her heart’s content. After all, this is how people bathed in the 1800’s and she loves it. She cries when we tell her it’s time to get out. Since our farm was built in 1893 Cami Grace is getting a hands on historical experience, right?
Well I just hope we get a real bathroom by winter, bucket baths and snow don’t mix.
